Any work created by Diane Grant Czajkowski from photograph or from life is the sole property of the artist and can be reproduced for print and or sale or licensing only by the artist (otherwise special agreement should be made before art is commissioned). When you have a portrait done by Diane Grant Czajkowski this is the agreement. Other special arrangements must be made prior to ordering and payment.
Multiple Orders (more than four) must be approved first.
What If I Have A Special Request Concerning A Work Of Art To Be Done By Diane?

Can you work from pictures?
Yes, I can work form photographs providing they are home shoots and not professional such as by a paid professional photographer. Those photographs generally are copyrighted and you would need to acquire written permission form to use them.
What if I no longer have my pet, dog or horse, can you work from those pictures?
Yes, I can and I have, but keep in mind the more reference material you provide, the more detail I can be with the artwork. But yes, I have been very successful with doing so.

Fully Archival – would be art that is printed with archival inks on archival paper.
What is Giclee?
Giclee - The giclee (zhee-klay) is a French word meaning to squirt or to spray. Giclee prints are made with archival inks and they are sprayed onto the paper.
Compared to Standard methods of printing which are generally rolled (on a roller) around a press onto the paper or otherwise printable methods.
What kind of ink is used?
Inks – quality inks of high grade and archival quality are absolutely necessary for a lasting print. Even prints of high quality inks used in your prints need the care of being properly displayed and stored.
Keep prints away from bright lights and window light. Don’t keep your prints around high moisture levels.
What is a substrate?
Substrate - is the surface on which the art or print is created upon. An example of a substrate could be paper, canvas, or other textured or glossy surfaces.
Prints - prints can be made by standard methods of printing, either digital or traditional or an archival giclée which is of the highest quality.
